General Shipping

At CryptoMiningMachines.com, we offer the following delivery options (please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes):

  • 5 – 8 Business Days:
    Shipped via FedEx Ground, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail.
  • 3 – 4 Business Days:
    Shipped via FedEx 2 Day.
    Note: For shipments requiring expedited processing or to remote U.S. locations, please contact Customer Care to discuss available options.
  • 2 Business Days:
    Shipped via FedEx Overnight.
  • Freight Collect:
    If you or your company has its own FedEx account, you may have FedEx bill that account directly. During checkout, simply check the box labeled “I’d like to enter my own shipping account information” and select your preferred shipping method (e.g., Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight). Please note that if your freight charges are not paid directly to FedEx, CryptoMiningMachines.com reserves the right to (1) bill your credit card for these costs, (2) assess a $10 processing fee, and (3) restrict future orders from using this shipping option. We recommend contacting your freight carrier directly for precise rates. Alternatively, you may create your own shipping labels and arrange for pickup from our warehouse.

Order Processing & Requirements

  • Processing Time:
    Regardless of the shipping method selected, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. (For FedEx Overnight orders, if your order is placed after noon (local time), delivery may occur on the following business day.)
  • Cutoff Time:
    Orders must be received by noon on a business day to qualify for processing on that day.
  • Delivery Schedule:
    FedEx does not deliver on Sundays and delivers on Saturdays only to select locations (for an additional charge). If you require Saturday delivery, please call us at +1 (307) 291‑7933.
  • Shipping Hub:
    Our warehouse, located at 1234 E Desert Cactus St, Phoenix, AZ 85032, USA, dispatches shipments daily Monday through Friday (except on U.S. holidays).
  • Order Availability:
    Placing an order does not guarantee shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders based on product availability. As our inventory is maintained at a controlled level to ensure product quality and freshness, certain items may occasionally be out of stock.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated using FedEx and USPS shipping tables based on the package’s weight, dimensions, delivery distance, and selected shipping method. Please note that upgrades (e.g., from FedEx 2 Day to FedEx Overnight) generally result in roughly double the shipping cost. Due to the weight and bulk nature of crypto mining machines, shipping fees may represent a significant portion of the total order cost.
Please note: Any shipping promotions or discounts offered on our website apply only to products sold and shipped directly by CryptoMiningMachines.com. Items that are shipped directly from manufacturers may incur separate shipping fees set by those manufacturers.


Address Corrections and Delivery Intercepts

  • Address Corrections:
    If you enter an incorrect shipping address and FedEx charges an address correction fee, you will be responsible for reimbursing these fees at $21.00 per package. Any such charges will be billed to your credit card.
  • Delivery Intercepts:
    If you decide to re-route a package after it has shipped from our warehouse, a delivery intercept fee of $21.00 per package will apply. These charges will be automatically billed to your credit card.

Service Areas – Domestic & International

  • Domestic Orders:
    We currently ship only within the United States. Our website accepts orders only from customers with a U.S. billing address.
  • International Orders:
    At this time, we do not accept international credit cards or ship to locations outside the United States.
    If you are located outside the U.S., please consider:
    1. Placing your order via PayPal with a verified U.S. billing and shipping address, or
    2. Having a trusted contact within the U.S. place your order on your behalf.
      For international orders processed through Customer Care, you will be responsible for all shipping, customs, and duty charges. Payment must be made by wire transfer, cleared check, or cashier’s check. Please call Customer Care at +1 (307) 291‑7933 for assistance with international orders.

Please note: We do not accept international credit cards from outside the USA.


Returns and Refunds

Once the product leaves our warehouse, due to the nature of our equipment and handling requirements, there are no returns or refunds for any orders. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Timely Delivery & Liability

  • Delivery Guarantees:
    We cannot issue credits or refunds for orders not delivered on a specific date unless (1) you have notified us in advance of your required delivery date and (2) the order was shipped via FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2 Day. Ground delivery times vary by state, so no guarantees regarding specific delivery dates can be made. If timely delivery is critical, please contact us to discuss your options.
  • Delay Liability:
    CryptoMiningMachines.com is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including inclement weather, natural disasters, accidents, or third-party carrier delays.

Additional Shipping Considerations

  • Heavy Equipment Handling:
    Crypto mining machines are precision equipment. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your shipment to avoid delays or potential damage.
  • Packaging & Protection:
    We take extra care in packaging our products to minimize damage during transit. However, if you have special handling or delivery requirements, please contact Customer Care before placing your order.

Our Guarantee

If you follow our recommended precautions—choosing an expedited shipping method to a valid business address where someone is available to receive the package—and if your equipment is delivered damaged due to shipping errors on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, please note that once products leave our warehouse, no returns or refunds are accepted.
